Pricing Policy
All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and level of dirt, stains, pet hair, or odors. Any additional costs will be discussed before proceeding.
Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges
Vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, mold, mildew, or biological waste/fluids will incur extra charges starting at $50. We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle in hazardous condition.
Appointment & Cancellations
We requires at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for high-value services or ceramic coatings. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total.
Service Area & Mobile Requirements
We provide mobile service throughout the Atlanta metro area. Clients must provide a safe workspace (driveway or parking lot) and access to water and power within 50 feet of the vehicle if possible. If water/power aren't available, please notify us in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services. we accept major credit cards, Zelle, and Apple Pay. We do not offer billing terms for residential clients.
Inclement Weather
Since we are a mobile service, extreme weather (heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures) may require rescheduling. We will contact you as early as possible to coordinate a new time.
Arrival Window
We provide a 30-60 minute arrival window. While we strive for exact timing, traffic and prior appointments can occasionally cause delays. We will keep you updated via SMS.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Please inspect your vehicle with our technician upon completion. If you are unsatisfied, we will rectify the issue on the spot. We cannot be held liable for concerns raised after the technician has left the site.
Media Release
We occasionally take photos or videos of our work for marketing purposes. If you prefer that your vehicle not be featured, please let us know before we begin service.
